Former UCVC Rider Gets in on the Anti-Doping Fight

J (full name is Jean Jacque Cabou) was one of the guys who led the charge of the UCVC into the collegiate racing scene. After stints working for the government (including our own Mayor Daley), it seems that he has been pulled into the dope wars.
